OHHHHHHHH EMMMMMMMM GEEEEEEEE

So I woke up at quarter of 7 this morning fully intending to go back to sleep. Then I saw a large rectangular-ish green-ish blob sitting on my floor. My half asleep brain said "by golly, what is that?" and then i realized it was Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Can you blame me for not going back to sleep? Anyhoo, I finished it at 9:30 and passed it on to mon brother. But now, I have a whole crapload of questions about it for any other mad person who already read it. But I warn you-if you haven't read the book, this will spoil it like MAD cause you'll find out who hooks up, who the half blood prince is, and most importantly-who dies.

First things first: To all the Harry/Hermione shippers out there-HAHAHAHAHA. You lose. I win. If you did not figure out just how much Hermione likes Ron, then you are blinder than Helen Keller. And since they're together at the end (why else is Ron holding Hermione when she cries like mad??) I can laugh in those people's faces. (I was expecting Harry/Ginny too-- but if anyone thought of Tonks/Lupin, you have my congratulations, because I NEVER expected that one.)I was mad like a crazy thing when Ron was with Lavender though-idiot.

Second things second: WHY did she have to kill off Dumbledore? I cried like anything when Snape killed him, and I didn't believe he was dead until they had his funeral. To be quite honest, I've always had four favorite characters: Hermione, Ginny, Ron, and Dumbledore, and she just HAD to kill off one of them, didn't she. *grumble grumble grumble*

Thirdly: Does anyone else out there think that they've got a chance of turning Malfoy good now that Dumbledore's gone? I really thought it was going to work when Dumbledore was trying to persuade him to join with them and leave Voldemort. So maybe there is good in Draco Malfoy after all.

Fourth: I KNEW Snape was bad all along-but I never ever expected him to be the Half-blood prince. I myself was thinking-well, I have no idea who I thought the half blood prince was. But we were all thinking that he was going to be the one to make everyone better, didn't we? Instead, he's the one who KILLS Dumbledore and ruins it all for everyone. *angry scream at all the people in the book who trusted Snape*

Fifth: Horace Slughorn or whatever his name is (I'm horrible with names, and my brother's got my book) I DO NOT LIKE HIM NOR TRUST HIM. There is something spectacularly dodgy about him. We can afford yet ANOTHER traitor. (speaking of traitors, what about Harry having Kreacher as his own personal house elf? teeheehee.)

Sixth: At the end of the book, Harry says he's not coming back to Hogwarts next year. How in the world can she write the next book if he's not going to be at Hogwarts? Is it going to be "Harry Potter and His Travels Around The World"???? *sigh* Talk about ending the book in a cliffhanger.

Little things: So we've finally learned why all the Defense against the dark arts teachers leave-Voldemort really did curse the position. *chortle* Okay, its not funny, but still. It is. And I was happier than two happy things when Hermione curses that kid trying out for Quidditch so Ron gets it...and when she asks him to go to that stupid party thing with her and he's like woah and she's like "do you want me to go with some other guy" and he's like "no i don't." Okay, but why didn't they get together right after that? Why did he go off with stupid Lavender? (I don't even think i'm spelling that right...oh well!) I'm going to stop yelling about that though, cause it turned out right in the end.

And I think this entire thing has been long enough...so have a nice day.

P.S. I know that JKR said that Neville and Luna won't get together in book six-but book seven is always a possibility, isn't it? *hopeful face*

BTW-did anyone see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? If you didn't, um, you need to because its HILARIOUS.
